Read‑only, permission‑aware, revocable.
Here is exactly what Masora does with your company’s information.
We read; we don’t edit. Ingestion is read‑only, and only from the sources you connect. The one place Masora writes is Slack, and only if you turn it on — replies to questions asked in a channel, and briefings you schedule.
Your existing permissions hold. If you can’t open a document at its source, Masora won’t answer from it or cite it to you.
Your material is never used to train models — ours or anyone else’s.
Encrypted in transit and at rest, isolated per company, with access logged.
Disconnect a source and its credential is erased at once, and syncing stops. What was already ingested is kept until you ask for it to be deleted — then it goes immediately. Deleting by default would be unrecoverable if you didn’t mean it.
We’re in private beta and not yet SOC 2 certified. Ask us anything about the architecture — hello@masora.com.
